True Colors Facilitation - Integration of Indigenous Knowledge
Kyle Alec is a certified True Colors Personality Facilitator, bringing over a decade of experience in personality assessment and team dynamics. The True Colors methodology is a personality profiling system that categorizes individuals into four colors: Blue, Gold, Green, and Orange, each representing different personality traits and communication styles. This system helps individuals understand themselves and others better, fostering improved communication, teamwork, and interpersonal relationships.
Kyle incorporates Indigenous wisdom and cultural practices into the True Colors facilitation, ensuring the sessions respect and reflect Indigenous values. By blending traditional teachings with modern personality assessment, he creates a more holistic understanding of personal and collective dynamics.
